WEBSITE REFUND POLICY
Any unworn re-saleable item purchased from our website may be refunded providing that you return it within 16 days from the date on the dispatch note email. Returned items must be in the condition you received them in and must be returned in the original packaging.
To request a refund –
- Visit our Contact page
- Please include the Order Number for the item you wish to return in the message box
- Please advise the reason for the refund in the message box
- Instructions on how to return the item will be emailed to you within the next 24 hours.
Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item for a refund.
Once we have received the returned item, any amount due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card originally used. Please allow up to 5 working days for this process to complete. You will be credited for the price of the item minus shipping costs.
Proof of postage is recommended in the event of loss or damage as we do not compensate for parcels lost in transit.
EXCLUSIONS
Pierced Earrings
In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, pierced earrings cannot be returned and are excluded from our Website Refund policy.
